Excellent
Almost like new rim and tire set (practically unused, completely intact, with full tread depth)
Good
Normal condition and roadworthy used rim and tire set. Tires not more than 5 years old and every tire has tread depth at least 5mm. (minor oxidize/rust, small scratches or dents, rims visually straight, center cups or centric rings may be missing).
Satisfactory
Worn, roadworthy used rim and tire set. Tires 5-7 years old and/or tread depth 3-5mm. (oxidize/rust, scratches or dents, unevenly worn set, stud difference visually not more than 25%, rims may have small bent, center cups or centric rings may be missing).
Not roadworthy – Tires are not advised for road use.
The tires may have the following defects: more than 7 years since manufacturing date, tread depth less than 3mm, unevenly worn set, stud difference more than 25%, worn out, damaged. The rims may have the following defects: oxidation, rust, imperfections, scratches, dents, damage. Tires may need to be replaced or rims may require repair.
